Hello, my name is Ananya. Since childhood, I’ve struggled with being overweight and managing Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS). When I decided to become pregnant, I was determined to achieve it naturally, despite the challenges that PCOS presented. My perseverance, combined with a holistic approach, eventually led to success. A major turning point in my journey was discovering the benefits of Ayurveda.

My journey with PCOS was filled with difficulties, but I always maintained a positive attitude. This optimism, combined with the support from my doctor, was crucial in overcoming my challenges. One day, while browsing the internet, I came across Yogveda’s website. These foods are high in protein, omega-3 fatty acids, and fiber, essential for managing PCOS and overall health.

I bid farewell to old favorites such as rice, pizza, burgers, KFC, and French fries. I also ensured that I got 8–9 hours of sleep each night to support my body's recovery.

The results were remarkable. Within one month of following this regimen, my menstrual cycle began to normalize. In just three months, I lost ten kilograms, and my lifelong struggle with PCOS improved significantly. This positive change allowed me to conceive naturally, a milestone I had long hoped for.

I’m now 20 weeks pregnant, and I continue to focus on maintaining a healthy lifestyle. I make sure to eat properly and walk for 30–40 minutes every day. My cravings for junk food are under control, and I’m committed to staying healthy for both myself and my baby.

The key takeaway from my journey is straightforward: our bodies are not designed to remain inactive in a climate-controlled environment all day. It’s essential to keep our bodies active and nourish them with natural, wholesome foods. Avoid processed and packaged foods that offer little benefit to our health. By following nature’s lead and maintaining a positive mindset, you can reclaim your natural cycle and achieve your health goals.
